The Unit has polished concrete floors and high ceilings. The modern kitchen features a glass splashback and stone benchtop. The unit has 3 separate storage units to store clothes and belongings. The kitchen comes stocked with cutlery and plates and other cooking utensils. The Living area has a lounge, TV unit and coffee table. It is basically fully furnished but doesn't include a TV or bed. The bathroom is small, but user-friendly. The Unit is fully independent, but sits underneath a 3-bedroom, double-storey home. The unit includes a washing machine.
