Outdoors has a small patio area which is shaded in summer and bright in winter. There are 5 existing above ground garden beds if you choose to utilise them. There are fruit trees on the property. You would see yourself maintaining them during the year. There is one garage with remote control and a spare parking space. There is strictly capacity for 2 vehicles and cars must be parked in these spots.
