Downstairs offers a light and bright air-conditioned, open-plan living, dining and kitchen with bifold doors out to the deck overlooking the canals and Mermaid Bridge. A few steps down from the deck you can pop your kayak or SUP into the water to visit neighbourhood canal-side friends, or venture through the lock out to the Noosa River. Kitchen has stone bench top, new dishwasher, electric cooktop and oven, and plenty of storage and preparation space. The master bedroom is downstairs with an ensuite / two way toilet that creates a convenient powder room for guests.
